Altina Drinks is a Canberra-born social enterprise with a vision to create beautiful zero proof cocktails and pop up bar experiences. We've used our science smarts to create innovative Zero Proof Craft Cocktails that pack a punch without the alcohol. To make our flavour-driven Craft Cocktails, we've taken methods used traditionally for alcohol production and re-invented them so no alcohol is used or produced. Our drinks are powered by plants. We use the finest botanicals, from roots, barks, to stems, flowers, fruits and seeds. This gives us a wide palette of flavours and colours, without needing any artificial nasties. We want people to be able to enjoy our drinks without moderation, so we pay careful attention to ensure minimal refined sugar is used. Our methods have allowed us to capture all the flavour, without needing to rely on sugar-filled fruit juice to prop them up.
