Item 1 of 3

Alivio Tourist Park

Alivio Tourist Park is family owned. It was developed by a family for families and was named to represent these important values. The name ‘Alivio’ derives from the Spanish expression for relief or alleviation and was purpose-chosen by the Whitby’s to embody the sense of comfort and relaxation felt upon entering a family environment - that moment of pure relief and being able to let down your guard. Alivio Tourist Park has a competitive advantage given they are the only tourism and hospitality offering in Canberra that combines luxury accommodation, caravan sites, resort-style leisure facilities, and an on-site restaurant. The bushland setting, bordering Bruce Ridge Nature Reserve, and adjacent to both Canberra Nature Park and Black Mountain Nature Reserve, right in the heart of the city further supports and enhances the special experience Alivio Tourist Park offers its guests. Beyond our broad range of accommodation options, we have a large group dining hall that can seat more than 100 guests perfect for tour groups, school groups, large meetings, or workshops. An on-site restaurant The Verandah which also is used for day delegate events or private functions with an extensive food and beverage menu and function packages available.
